Our process works... It enables us to present you with your next opportunity of choice from three key sources of information that in some cases you will NOT have access to. Our matching system will seamlessly search for career opportunities based upon your skill set, personal and location requirements. In some cases to serve you best we will refer you to a large group in-house recruiter or industry peer, but rest assured that will only happen with your approval and we assume you will only give that because you are interested in the opportunity at hand.
Our process is simple and only needs to be done once. If you will advise us that you have decided to use Minerva to help you successfully manage a process that might turn out to be one of the most important decisions of your life we will be pleased to accept. We will then request your CV and ask that you allow our candidate services team to build a concise profile for our clients. We will then be able to match you to any and all applicable positions and finally, once again with the understanding that we will not share your information with anyone without your express permission, we will present you with as many viable and valid options as we can.
